If seen from the ideoligical perspective of today's alt-right conservative **** and their continuous blubbering **** about the need for the Electoral College to fight the "tyranny of the majority"...the American Revolution was a "tyranny of the minority."  Which I suspect every modern day American conservative sees as a heroic war for freedom.  BWAAAHAHAH!!!  Two-faced **** contemporary American conservatives.
At no time did more than 40 to 45 percent of American colonists support the Revolution, and at least a third of colonists fought for the British. Unlike the Civil War, which pitted regions against each other, the war of independence pitted neighbor against neighbor. - WWW.rochester.edu
It's pretty remarkable that the terrorist revolutionaries were able to win this one.  They're heroes among American conservatives...while the Ukrainians who won the 2014 Revolution for Dignity are nazis. :rolleyes:
